I have a brand new bottle of OPI Glacier Bay Blues. I was gifted it years ago because of Grey's Anatomy and my favorite character (Callie Torres) wearing it. I put a line on my thumb and realized it wasn't for me. So, there's really nothing missing from the bottle. It's new. It's been in my dresser, never in direct light, and the bottle opens easily. I'll clean it up (dust it very well and use a cleanser on the outside of the bottle) before it ships. I've been told this is a very rare find and it has been discontinued.
