Maybe it isn't worth anything, but it's got a nice design and looks like it was quality materials. The foot is very likelycaiman crocodilian leather (often sold simply as "caiman"), not alligator. The rectangular, heavily raised tiles with deep grooves and the fairly uniform pattern are characteristic of caiman belly leather used in many Western boots.
