From the sellerVintage blackduck from southeastern coast. Ridding myself of all but Illinois birds. Head painted like an old shang wheeler but I know its not his. Thinking Virginia or below. I’m sure all you true collectors will know whocarved it. Looks like tip of bill was broken off and put back on.
