From the sellerOffered here is an awesome natural Blue Forest Schinoxylon sp. petrified wood specimen from the Eocene Green River Formation, Eden Valley, Wyoming. The specimen measures 6.25 x 5 x 3 inches and displays wonderful chalcedony . So, 50,000,000 years ago this tree fell into Lake Gosiute accumulating an algae cocoon with the ages, at that point the chalcedony penetrated in filling the voids. Cut on one end. A unique specimen!
