From the seller
Approx 3 1/4" tall to the top of the tin horn x 2 3/4"" long. Marked Germany on his paper collar. A clean coat although his chest and left side have a slight brown hue. One loose front left leg but still sturdy and held in place by his coat. Only the very tips of the ears have a tiny paint chip. The face is in good shape. Missing one tin horn. An easy fix for the right buyer or order a replacement through Tin Toy Works, Allentown Pa.
