From the sellerThe whiskey was prescribed for John Plowinski Sr., by Dr. John W. Sw?., both of DePew, NY, on April 8, 1926, and was filled by Pharmacist, F. (Frank) S. Cushing, in Lancaster, NY. This is a FANTASTIC piece of history and would be great to display in a pharmacy, wine cellar, distillery, museum, bar or office!
