Nutcracker band Leader ( Drum Major) by Erzgebirische

I always thought of this character as the Band Leader or the Drum Major has we call them here in the States. He wears a flocked bear skin hat and has real fur hair and beard. Made in East Germany in what was the Russian Occupation area from 1949 to 1990. He weighs 2 pounds unpacked and is 14 inches tall. On the bottom of the stand is the label for the company that made him: Erzgebirische Volkskunst. Please look at the photos and ask questions before bidding as there is no return on him. Payment is due four days after the end of the auction. Upon receipt, I try to ship within two days weather permitting to the Lower 48 states.
