NTSC Pioneer LaserActive CLD Player (CLD-A100) Not Working for Parts Or Repair

Pioneer laseractive cld a100 for parts or repair. It’s in decent cosmetic condition with only a small scuff on the side and no noticeable damage to the front or top, there is a sticky residue on the side of the unit as well as missing feet. When plugged in and powered on the lights for the power and reset buttons light up but the eject lights only briefly flash, nothing displays on a tv and there is no sound. It is not working and I don’t know what is wrong with it, the original owner passed away so I can’t give any information other than it was being used semi frequently to play cds up until a couple years ago and I believe it was serviced sometime in the mid 2000s. This is not a Japanese import but an American market NTSC unit
