From the sellerNational Security Agency (Pacific) "Rafu" Japanese Lighter. SIZE: 2 1/4"x 1 1/2"x 1/2". CONDITION: Used with typical wear and tear to the case and insert. Hinge has lots of play. Insert is stuck in the case (suction/vacuum?). Flint wheel rotates. No spark (No flint) **NOT TESTED WITH FLUID**NOT A ZIPPO**. Shipped dry to comply with USPS Regulations.
