For sale is a nice copy of Nathaniel Hawthorne’s Twice Told Tales published in 1879. The book carries an interesting history. It was presented to William “Billy” Griffith (1897-1960) at Hamilton College in New York in 1920 for his winning the college’s Kellogg Award for essay writing in 1920.
