The dish features a central American eagle clutching a shield and an E Pluribus Unum banner, framed by a cobalt blue floral border and finished with a gilt scalloped rim. The design draws on historic White House and presidential china motifs. Marked on the underside with the Mottahedeh backstamp over PORCEL, Portugal. Measures approximately 3.5 x 4.5 inches.
