From the seller3/4 violin special handmade in Mittenwald, Germany in 1962 for the Pearce Music Company of Salt Lake City where Peter Prier worked. Mittenwald is a historic center for violin making in Bavaria, known for high-quality instruments and a long-standing violin-making tradition. Excellent playable condition, beautifully flamed back, structurally sound, with a clear, bright tone. has volume for the size too. Includes nice original case, no bow.
