This is a authentic Disney Minnie Mouse dress. It is girls size 9-10. The front of the bodice is velour while the back is jersey. It has a white satin perter pan collar, only in the front. It has a Minnie heart charm attacked by the collar. It has a 3 layered skirt. The fist layer is red polyester lining type material, then white tulle, and the top layer is a red voile with white polka dots. The dress is a pull on type, no zippers or buttons. It is hand nawashable. It was worn once and is in excellent condition. Any questions feel free to ask.
