These vintage military R.O.T.C. collar insignia pins (set of 2) have two-prong clutch-back fasteners. They are made from a zinc-based die-cast alloy that has a dull silver appearance. The Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) is a college-based program in the United States that trains students to become commissioned officers in the U.S. Military (Army, Navy and Marine Corps, and Air Force and Space Force).
