From the sellerOffered here is a linen postcard captioned "Memorial to Generals Grant and Pemberton, Vicksburg National Military Park, Vicksburg, Mississippi." The card has not been posted and was produced by Curt Teich of Chicago in 1937 for City News Company, Inc. of Jackson, Mississippi. Shown are grandsons of the opposing generals shaking hands at the memorial. Left to right are Hon. J. C. Pemberton III and Col. U. S. Grant III. The postcard is in very fine condition. Good luck.
