From the sellerThis is a Meito large serving bowl and sugar bowl (not sure that’s exactly what it is used for) that is Meito ME136 refers to a vintage, hand-painted floral porcelain pattern produced in Japan by Meito China (Nagoya Seito Sho). Typically dating from the 1930s to the 1950s, pieces from this collection feature an ivory-white body with an elegant array of floral motifs and gold accents. Authentic pieces usually feature a painted or stamped backmark, such as a green crown. Both are in great used condition. No cracks or chips.
