From the sellerRESTORATION PROJECT. This MCM table top bar cart has so much potential, but needs a lot of love. Decanter set can be locked in (no lock included). Finish is rusted, peeling, flaking. Needs blasting and re powder coated. Letters on bottles have wear, 1 wheel is broken and the other three wont roll.
