From the sellerI have not been able to figure out who made these or when. The band is usually on the rim, but in this case part way down. Glasses measure roughly 6 4/5 tall and just under 5 across the top. No issues that I see and nice and clean and clear. If you have any questions or information, please let me know. Thanks
