From the sellerValves are operating properly. Valves one and two probably should be cleaned and re-lubricated, but they are fine fundamentally. All tuning slides are moving and lubricated. Water mechanisms are working properly and the padslook good. Overall condition of the instrument is accurately in the pictures. This does not come with a case, but we will ship carefully and securely
