From the sellerI thought I'd need this over the summer in Wisconsin so obviously gets colder in winter), but honestlyI think I'm getting away with the regular. This feels almost the same weight, so probably not a huge difference between the two. One thing I will say is if you sleep hot, these Martha Stewart blends with less down are much better. Anything with a higher amount of down for a hotter sleeper...forget it. Excellent quality on the "all seasons warmth" set I'm using.
