From the sellerThis is a Franklin porcelain plate which is a division of the Franklin Mint; part of the Official Mark Twain plate Collection and made in the USA. Crafted in fine porcelain, this 1977 collectible has a scalloped edge and I am told it is painted with 24 karat gold trim.
