Mario Villa Chairs, Set of 2, Both signed "VILLA 91"

Pair of chairs by artist Mario Villa, 1957-2021, Nicaraguan/New Orleans. Purchased from his estate, both chairs are signed VILLA 91 on the back horizonal of the seat. Chairs have never been used. Made of heavy metal, chairs are complete but without seats. Chairs have a verdigris like finish that has been coated with a clear smooth lacquer like topcoat. Dimensions of chairs are: overall height (to top of finials) 36 3/4", height from floor to horizontal back bar 34", width of chair back 15 1/2", depth of seat 16 1/4", width of seat 15 1/4", height of seat from floor 17", and, width of legs at floor level 18 3/4".
