The recorder is in exceptional cosmetic condition. Comes with a cover and AC power supply (unfortunately, not the original one, but a replacement that suits the original. If you wish to use it, or you have yours... i will include it. ) What you see in the picture is all you will get.The Unit is "watermarked" with special stamp, for the return purpose only. Tape works fine, no problem so far. i tested on FF and RW and i do not see any problems regarding the belt.
