This is a rare Major Taylor adjustable chrome track stem. I believe it is from 1940’s. My pictures show its exact condition. Please ask for additional photos if I missed any angle. Stamped with REGD and I’m almost positive the numbers 857007. My husband was a bicycle frame builder and vintage restoration expert. This was in his collection of cool old things. Thanks for looking.
