Madame Alexander Doll In Sweet Baby Pink Dress Vintage

Madame Alexander baby doll in a “Sweet baby” pink floral dress. Im unsure if this dress is original to the doll as it seems a bit long. The dress does have a few stains as pictured- I have not tried to clean or launder. That will be left up to the new owner. Doll is in excellent condition- does need a hair style though!
