However, these tend to scuff upon install. The jobbers/wholesalers call this black finish a sort of "Parkerizing", but it seems to be oxide or, if it is phosphate, it's polished VERY differently. IF YOU REQUIRE ACTUAL PHOSPHATE FINISH THOSE HOOKS ARE NOW AVAILABLE.
