From the sellerThese bells are on their original leather straps & are nailed to a round, wood post. I'm not sure if this was used as a musical instrument, or just decor. There appears to have been a wood dowel handle possibly. It is heavy. The bells ring like crazy. It sounds like a team of horses coming. There is plenty of age wear to the leather and bells. It is all UNCLEANED!! Very cool looking piece. Almost 11" tall. It's definitely a killer piece of folk art. Some leather is loose and needs to be nailed back.
