From the sellerlot of 4 very old canoe seats from a local estate...might be 19th century...softwood (my guess is fir) brass nails...the cane overall is in amazing condition for their age...see pics...very light weight...all four seats weigh just over 2 pounds...excellent decor or collectible pieces...sold as is...
