Lionel No. 164 Lumber Shed Pre-War Side Terminals (1940-42) (Needs Maintenance)

Lionel No. 164 Lumber Shed from the pre-war (1940-42) era with power/ground terminals on the side of the base instead of the later top terminal design. Cosmetically it is in excellent condition with bright glossy original paint and minimal scrapes or damage. Have 6 wooden logs that goes with it. Needs mechanical maintenance to get it running properly. When powered on the motor hums but something in the drive train may be stuck because it trips the hobby transformer circuit breaker. Moved the motor end worm gear by hand and the motor rotates smoothly so it’s not seized/stuck. No box. A great vintage piece even if used on a layout as display only.
