From the sellerBrand new from the Hunter Co.The box was opened because they had sent me this because they thought the kit that came with my new fan was not working, it turns out the whole fan had to be returned and they told me to keep the extra kit. The light kit wasn't the problem it was the wiritng from the fan to the kit so this one works, I tested it. It originally came with Hunter Quartino SureSpeed 44 in fan. It works on different Hunter fans because the one I replaced it with was the same light kit.
