LEGO Samsonite: Gears Set 001 original box, 100% complete including instructions

This set is from approximately 1965. It is 100% complete, according to the parts list printed right on the box. Please examine all photos carefully before bidding. The box is in good condition except for one corner that is partially split. All of the pieces are here, but one of the large tires is broken. I guess that’s to be expected after 60 years. The pieces are not very clean but I’m not going to attempt to clean them, I will leave that decision up to the winner. The plastic tray has some cracks in it. Also included are two original instruction leaflets. I have maintained 100% positive feedback since 1998. I have one other Lego set of this vintage available in a separate auction.
