These RETIRED Ninjago City sets have 0 wear from play and the moment it was built it was set up on a shelf for display. It may have a small amount of dust though an effort has been made to ensure that the bricks will come as clean as possible. This sale will also include the instruction manual involved with the construction of the drill for collectors. WITH NO MINIFIGURES INCLUDED meaning that the memorial will not feature the statue of Zane and the art poster is also not included in this sale that came with the Gardens. Also after this sale, reconstruction may be necessary from the shipping process.
