The outer poly bag for the set has been opened. The inner poly bag with the mini figure inside of it remains intact. The sticker sheet that came with it does have one sticker removed (the mad scientist). The three things you see in the photos is what you will receive; the outer poly bag, the sticker sheet and the inner poly bag containing the mini figure.
