While a member of the royalty, shr studied singing with Malibran's father, Manuel Garcia. This book, "Memoirs of Maria Malibran and other intimate friends". It contains Malibran's correspondence as well. It was published in 2 volumes which are bound together, And was published by Henry Colbrun, London in 1840, 4 years after Malibran's death.
