Larilee Wood Oboe (serial#: 7520)

I was able to get four or five notes in the upper register to play. The tone was amazing. I think this is a case where there are a few leaks that are screwing up the entire oboe and if you fix those few, the oboe will play.? Whatever the case, though, this oboe is worth the attention of a good woodwind technician. I checked it over carefully and I see zero cracks. Some pads look fine, some should probably be replaced. The case has a fair amount of wear that is appropriate for its age But it does latch and secure the instrument. We will ship carefully and safely.
