I am not sure what this stone is? I have had it for a very long time and I have decided to sell it. Someone did check it with a real Black light/flashlight that shows the Glow and so it does have uranium or whatever particles it requires inside of it to make it glow; it’s also a very heavy piece because I set it on my jewelry scale and it would not weigh in( too heavy) from holding it; our guess is 2-4.5 lbs. it highly looks like a rough Sapphire but that just my opinion. I’ll be happy to work with anyone to gather information.
