Large Original Abstract Artist Signed Portrait Painting On Canvas creepy

This is truly an unforgettable piece of abstract portrait art. Fairly modern yet it has so many Warhol influences. It is tragic and beautiful. It is signed and dated by the artist. Seems to be outsider art almost folk art. There is a glob of dried green paint on the back that can probably be removed but I don’t want to hurt the image. The size is about 25 by 30 inches.
