Large Antique BLACK FOREST HANDCARVED OWL INKWELL Wood Carving w 2 Inkwells RARE

This large antique Black Forest handcarved owl inkwell is a rare and unique piece originating from Germany. It measures 12.3 inches in length, 6.3 inches in width, and 6.5 inches in height. Made of dark walnut, this original Black Forest carving features intricate details and craftsmanship. There are two inkwells, one with the original white porcelain liner, as well as a carved tray for storing dip pens. The carved owl has original large, red colored glass eyes. With its antique age dating back to 1850-1899, this piece is a timeless and distinctive addition to any collection of antiques. All original, one porcelain inkwell liner (one liner is missing).
