Description
From the sellerI believe this is a French tourist souvenir doll from a trip taken long ago. She's in excellent condition with a beautiful black wool dress and satin apron, both decorated with hand embroidery. She's wearing some sort of traditional head piece that's made of lace. She's made of celluloid, her face is hand painted and I believe her wig is mohair. She's 8" tall or 9" if you include the headpiece. The original tag on her is marked La Poupee Bretonne and on the back of the tag Bigolidemme is handwritten. Her right leg is a bit loose.
