From the sellerKURT ADLER The golden crown cap is marked COLUMBIA. Hand painted red vest and blue bow tie. His vest is trimmed in glitter mica. Beautifully hand painted expressive face. In very good vintage condition. Measuring approximately 4 1/2” including the upper loop.
