From the sellerThe model no. is 3098-21. The description on the box indicates there is a casserole. I believe they are referring to a glass bowl into which dips, etc. can be placed and then covered. The dish measures approx. 11.5" in diameter and just under 1" high. The edge is scalloped and the dish is divided into four ridged sections. In the center, a circle is cut out for the other three pieces. The Lazy Susan has never been used, and the smaller pieces are still wrapped in plastic. USA
