The box and label are original and in excellent condition. The 15” ebony & brass parallel rule (unmarked) is also in excellent condition but DOES NOT match SIGSBEE’s PATENT. This pairing (box & rule) is exactly as found from a WWII Naval Captain’s estate many years ago.
