From the sellerThe judge is carrying a stack of books titled CRIMINAL LAW, CORPORATE LAW, LAW OF TORTS, and HOW TO ESCAPE FROM JAIL. The judge has been hand carved and hand painted. We believe the decoy was made in Shelby, Ohio by now deceased Mark Lowmiller, not 100% sure!
