Joe St Clair Blue Flower Bullicante ART GLASS Teapot Paperweight Vintage 60's

Here is a nice Joe St. Clair Hand Blown Glass Tea Pot Paperweight with handle. The top and spout made so they can hold rings while maybe doing dishes or just to keep track of them, but made as a paperweight so dual purpose. Decorated inside with Cornflower blue flowers with controlled bubble centers. Joe St. Clair molded on the bottom. In great condition with no chips or cracks.
