The JFK 1961 Inauguration Commemorative Coin is a circulated medal composed of copper, minted by American Mint. This unique coin commemorates the historic inauguration of President John F. Kennedy in 1961, showcasing a major die polish issue or Strike Through Grease (STG) or Worn Die strike or a combination of both. Both produce similar characteristics.The coin also has Die Deterioration Doubling (DDD)-R errors. Made in the United States, this collectible piece of exonumia captures a significant moment in American history and is a valuable addition to any coin or medal collection. As with all circulated coin, this coin has picked up some contact marks however it is in nice condition and still maintains great eye appeal.
