From the sellerThis is in perfect condition, kept wrapped up after bought. Was bought in the east coast planned to be used—shipped down when I moved and only slept on 2 times ONLY. It is very comfortable was just too small for my needs. It has been properly taken care of to keep it in great condition. This was $1500+ with all the accessories/additions it came with. Only asking $850 + shipping (if needed) for a basically brand new futon. It is unbelievably comfortable!
