From the sellerHAND CUFF ANKLE BRACELET IS MARKED ITALY AND IS ADJUSTABLE BY RATCHETING THE HANDCUFFS. She lit a candle & a hush fell over the entire camp making this a priceless piece of goods. We all had a wonderful celebration afterwards complete with tambourines and the entire caravan danced around a sizzling fire.
