From the sellerIsrael 1st Postage Due cover addressed to Tel Aviv, franked Mandate stamp no longer accepted after creation of State of Israel on May 16th, so stamp not cancelled, postage due box applied 20p (double the deficiency) and 1st postage due 20p single applied and cancelled May 30th 1948: 1st day of issue/availability of postage dues in Tel Aviv . Great rarity!!
