Israel 1st Postage Due cover addressed to Netanya, franked 3p 1st New Year single, under franked 12p (letter should have been 15p) so taxed double the deficiency but no 4p stamps existed so franked 25p ( 20p and 5p postage due singles). Nice taxed 1st PD cover!!
