This is a Russian Government interest-bearing bond paper from 1916, in the form of $50,000,000 6.5% Three-Year Credit. These WW1-era bond papers were issued by the Imperial Russian Government and distributed by the National City Bank of New York for collections and final liquidation. The bond is made out to a Mr. Walter James Boulger as a certified credit participant in the bond program, to the amount of 1,000 dollars per bond paper, serial number 6072. The bond paper was authenticated by the National City Bank of New York on September 7th, 1956. Each bond was designed and printed by the American Bank Note Litho. Company. This is an excellent opportunity to personally own a piece of international monetary history!
